Senior Product Designer
I design the moment when a complex system starts to make sense—leading end-to-end product work across healthcare, AI, and operational workflows.
At Vibrant Wellness, I learned to turn dense medical information and high-stakes provider workflows into experiences people could understand and act on. I led research and design across 50+ pages serving 250K+ patients and 4K+ providers, helping drive a 58% increase in monthly traffic within two months of launch.
That work led me toward AI. At AgentX, I moved from simplifying established workflows to shaping a zero-to-one multi-agent product—working with founders and engineering to define how people configure agents, follow delegation, and stay in control of automated work.
I then brought that builder mindset back to the team. I turned my own AI-assisted prototyping practice into workshops and reusable workflows adopted by 10 designers across two teams. The progression matters more to me than any individual tool: understand complexity deeply, build the new interaction model, then help a wider team work differently.
